We want you to be thrilled with your Starfleet-approved gear from Quark’s Market! However, due to the nature of our products, there are some limitations to our return and exchange policy.
Please note:
- Made-to-Order Items: Since many of our items are custom-made or printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
- EU Consumer Rights: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be applied to:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
What can be returned or exchanged?
- We may be able to accept returns or exchanges for non-made-to-order items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at info@quarksmarket.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at info@quarksmarket.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
How to Return or Exchange (if applicable):
- Contact us at info@quarksmarket.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will assess your request and provide further instructions if applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items or those falling under EU consumer right limitations.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any return shipping costs.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
Important Note:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your items.
